Montana Bridge to Benefits is the product of a partnership between Rural Dynamics Incorporated and the Children's Defense Fund of Minnesota. Bridge to Benefits is a multi-state project sponsored by the Children's Defense Fund Minnesota focused on improving the well-being of families and individuals by linking them to public work support programs and tax credits.

The Link-Up program provides eligible consumers a discount on the hook-up fee. Eligible subscribers living on or near tribal lands may qualify for additional discounts.
