Montana Fair Housing

Montana Fair Housing provides technical assistance, advocacy and potential legal assistance to victims of housing discrimination -protected classes of race, color, national origin, gender, religion, familial status (having children in household under age of 18), disability, age, marital status and creed). MFH also provides education to housing providers and consumers about their fair housing rights and responsibilities under federal and state laws.
